Day Camp Mon - Fri
When : Monday 7:45 - 8:30 am
Where : The Pavilion
Each morning you will drive up towards the pavilion where staff will greet you at your car. Please stay in your car.
If you are dropping off late, please park and walk your camper into the office. If you need to drop off before 7:45, contact us to discuss options.
Be Sure to...
Have your Balance paid in full
Have your Health Form completed and submitted online
Bring any Medications the camper may require during their stay
Resident Camp Sunday - Friday

When: Arrive By 3:30 Sunday. Please do not arrive before 2:50 pm.
Where : The Morris Center (Our Office / Dining Hall). All camper families are invited to join our staff for the Parent Information Session at 3:30 pm on Sunday afternoon. Resident camp check-in will begin immediately following the Parent Information Session. After check-in, our staff will help you and your campers carry their luggage to the cabin.
Drop-off at the cabin should be a brief "kiss and go" so that your camper can focus on bonding with their cabin group. If you'd like to schedule a tour of the cabins in advance, email info@campchestnutridge.org.

Day Camp
When : Mon - Fri from 5:00-5:45pm
Where : The Pavilion. Please stay in your car.
Early pick-up is an option but should be limited to 2-3 times a week. Please call our office at least 30 minutes beforehand, or let staff know at check-in.
In the interest of camper safety, we want to verify that only people you have approved can pick up your camper. Therefore, you should have received an email with an official pick-up ticket prior to camp. Please hold this up to your window at checkout
You can forward this email, screen-shot it and text it, or print it off and give it to any other people you would like to authorize to pick up your camper. If someone shows up to pick up your camper without this email, it will take extra time to verify they are authorized to pick-up your camper.
Parents arriving after 6pm will be charged an automatic $10 late fee with an additional $1 charged for each minute after 6:10pm.
Resident Camp
When : Friday from 5:20-5:45pm
Where : Once checked off, cars will be directed to pick campers up from cabins. Campers will have belongings ready to be loaded into their cars.
Closing Ceremony: Friday at 4:30 - There will be a camper-only closing ceremony
