When : Monday 7:30 - 8:30 am

Be Sure to...
Have your Health Form completed and submitted online
Have your Balance paid in full or bring the remaining balance in the form of a check
Bring any Medications the camper may require during their stay
Bring any required Forms for specialty or off-site camps
Day Camp Mon - Fri
Each morning you will drive up towards the pavilion where staff will greet you at your car. Please stay in your car. Staff will ask you a series of screening questions and take your camper’s temperature each morning. This process will take more time than our usual drop off procedures. Please allow for extra time.
To see what drop off will look like, please watch this video. It may also be helpful to share this video with your camper so they know what to expect.
Late arrivals should call the office when you arrive (919-304-2178). Please stay in your car.
Bring your lunch, water bottle, and face covering.
Resident Camp Sunday - Friday
When : Sunday 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
To help stagger drop off, campers should arrive based on the first letter of their last name
A-J drop-off between 3:30 - 4:00
K-Z drop-off between 4:00 - 4:30
Where : Drop-off will be drive through. Campers will be dropped off at their cabin. Staff will help unload campers belongings. Adults dropping off campers should remain in their car.
At Check-In, Resident Campers will be required to show 1 of the following 3 things:
1. Proof that your camper has completed a COVID-19 vaccine series.
2. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test in the 5 days prior to the start of the camp week.
3. Proof of a positive COVID-19 diagnosis in the 3 months prior to camp, but not in the 14 days immediately before the start of the camp week.

When it's time to go home
Where : The Pavilion. Please stay in your car.
When : Mon - Fri from 5:00-5:45pm
In the interest of camper safety, we want to verify that only people you have approved can pick up your camper. Therefore, you should have received an email with an official pick-up ticket prior to camp. Please hold this up to your window at checkout
You can forward this email, screen-shot it and text it, or print it off and give it to any other people you would like to authorize to pick up your camper. If someone shows up to pick up your camper without this email, it will take extra time to verify they are authorized to pick-up your camper.
Parents arriving after 6pm will be charged an automatic $10 late fee with an additional $1 charged for each minute after 6:10pm.
Early pick-up is an option. Please call our office at least 30 minutes beforehand, or let staff know at check-in.
When : Friday from 5:00-5:45pm
Where : Once checked off, cars will be directed to pick campers up from cabins. Campers will have belongings ready to be loaded into their cars.
