Birthday Parties at Camp

Celebrate with Horses

HORSE PARTY

  • Time for each child to groom and decorate our horses 

  • A 30 minute group trail ride

  • A campfire with s’mores (camp provides)

  • Covered area with tables for presents and cake (you provide)

Package Includes
For Ages 7 and Up

Approx. Time - 2.0 hrs with horses + 1/2 hr for s'mores, cake, and presents

Age - All riders must be at least 7 years old and less than 240 pounds

Availability - 2:00 pm on Saturdays or Sundays. Other times by special appointment

The package does not include any other food, drinks, paper products, party decorations, or use of other camp facilities.

Outdoor Party Package

This party package takes place at our Outdoor Trail Riding area. Please specify if you'd like the riding portion to be in the arena or a trail ride. If there is inclement weather the party may need to be rescheduled. Moving the party to our indoor facility is not available.

 

Cost - $295 for up to 6 riders. $45 for each additional rider (up to 10 riders total)​

Indoor Party Package

This party package takes place at our Equestrian Center, which has an indoor, climate controlled meeting room and a covered riding arena. Your party will take place rain or shine! Please specify if you'd like the riding portion to be in the arena or a trail ride.

Cost - $395 for up to 6 riders. $45 for each additional rider (up to 10 riders total)​

PONY PARTY

Package Includes

  • A pony ride in the arena for each child

  • A tractor drawn hayride around camp

  • A campfire with s’mores (camp provides)

  • Covered area with tables for presents and cake (you provide

Approx. Time - 1hr with horses + 1.5 hrs for hayride, s'mores, cake, and presents

Age - All riders must be at least 3 years old and be no older than 8 years old

The package does not include any other food, drinks, paper products, party decorations, or use of other camp facilities.

ADVENTURE PARTY

Package Includes

  • Time on the High Challenge Course for each participant

  • A ride on the zipline or big swing for each participant

  • A campfire with s’mores (camp provides)

  • A picnic area for presents and cake (you provide)

Approx. Time - 2-3 hrs on adventure programs + 1 hr for s'mores, cake, and presents

Cost - $260 min. for up to 10 participants. $20 for each additional participant (up to 15)

Age - All participants must be at least 7 years old and less than 240 pounds

The package does not include any other food, drinks, paper products, party decorations, or use of other camp facilities.

CAMP FUN PARTY

All the Camp Classics for Endless Fun
Package Includes

  • A campfire with s’mores (camp provides)

  • A picnic area for presents and cake (you provide)

  • Your choice of three of the following camp activities:

    • Canoeing

    • Hayride

    • Archery

    • Gaga Ball/Human Foosball

    • Slingshot range

    • Pool Swim (Summer Only)

    • Lake Toys/Inflatables (Summer only, $20 Extra)

Approx. Time - 3 hrs on camp activities and s'mores & 30+ min for cake and presents

Cost - $200 min. for up to 10 participants. $15 for each additional participant (up to 20)

Age - All participants must be at least 7 years old

The package does not include any other food, drinks, paper products, party decorations, or use of other camp facilities.

Cows, Goats, and Pigs Oh My

FARM PARTY

Package Includes

  • A tour of the farm and meeting our farm animals

  • Free play in farm play area

  • A hayride through the woods

  • A campfire with s’mores (camp provides)

  • Picnic space at the farm to use for presents and cake (you provide)

Approx. Time - 1.5 hrs on farm activities + 1.5 hrs for hayride, s'mores, cake, and presents

Cost - $200 min. for up to 10 participants. $15 for each additional participant (up to 25)

The package does not include any other food, drinks, paper products,

party decorations, or use of other camp facilities.
