SATURDAYS IN THE SADDLE
A day with the horses
For the rider with some experience in the saddle, this is your chance to spend ALL day with the horses, improve your skills, try something new, and make friends.
This day camp is ALL day with the horses: trail and arena riding, learning horsemanship, horse crafts, and games!
ADDITIONAL FALL DATE ADDED DUE TO HIGH DEMAND! SEPTEMBER 30, 9 am - 5 pm! REGISTER TODAY!
OPEN TO ALL RIDERS IN 4th - 8th GRADES who have ridden a horse on their own without someone else holding the horse. Riders will be placed in small groups based on skill level.

Spring Break Horse Camp 2024

Need something fun to do while school is out?
Learn horsemanship and horse care, ride each day, make horse crafts and play horse games during this half day camp. For boys and girls in grades 3-6.
Intersession & Spring Break Horse Camps follow the Orange County school schedule. This is a half day camp but full day care is available. Please register for spring break day camp as well as spring break horse camp if you need all day care.

WAIVER
Party attendees should already have a basic knowledge of horses and riding though it is not a requirement to have taken lessons at Chestnut Ridge.
