HORSE PARTY

Time for each child to groom and decorate our horses

A 30 minute group ride in the arena or on the trail

Package Includes
Approx. Time - 1.5 hrs with horses + 1hr for s'mores, cake, and presents
Age - All riders must be at least 7 years old and less than 240 pounds
Availability - 2:00 pm on Saturdays or Sundays. Other times by special appointment
The package does not include any other food, drinks, paper products, party decorations, or use of other camp facilities.
Outdoor Party Package
This party package takes place at our Outdoor Trail Riding area. Please specify if you'd like the riding portion to be in the arena or a trail ride. If there is inclement weather the party may need to be rescheduled. Moving the party to our indoor facility is not available.
Cost - $295 for up to 6 riders. $45 for each additional rider (up to 10 riders total)​
Indoor Party Package
This party package takes place at our Equestrian Center, which has an indoor, climate controlled meeting room and a covered riding arena. Your party will take place rain or shine! Please specify if you'd like the riding portion to be in the arena or a trail ride.

Cost - $395 for up to 6 riders. $45 for each additional rider (up to 10 riders total)​
PONY PARTY
Celebrate with pony rides
Ages 3 - 8 years

Age - All riders must be at least 3 years old and be no older than 8 years old
The package does not include any other food, drinks, paper products, party decorations, or use of other camp facilities.
Outdoor Party Package
This party package takes place at our Outdoor Riding Arena. If there is inclement weather the party may need to be rescheduled. Moving the party to our indoor facility is not available.
Cost - $225 for up to 10 riders. $12 for each additional rider (up to 20 riders total)​

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the case of inclement weather, equestrian program staff will contact you by phone no later than 1 hour before your party is scheduled to start. Outdoor parties are only canceled/rescheduled due to thunderstorms, temperatures below 40, and other extreme weather conditions. If you are unsure whether to come or not, please do, bringing appropriate clothing/items to protect you in the weather (such as gloves, poncho, etc.). If the weather forecast is uncertain, staff may contact you to discuss whether you’d like to reschedule or not.

Indoor parties may be rescheduled for severe or dangerous weather conditions like prolonged strong thunderstorms or snow/ice.
WAIVER
Required for ALL riders
Please inform our staff of any special physical considerations
CANCELLATIONS
If for some reason you need to reschedule or cancel your party, we would be happy to do so with at least 24 hrs. notice. Without this notice, you will still be charged full price for your party. If you need to alter the number of riders you are bringing, please do this at least 24 hours in advance as well, otherwise we may not have the correct number of horses ready to ride. If you bring fewer riders without notice, you will still be charged for the original number.
