Email (Recommended)

To send email to your Residential camper:

  1. Click Here to log in to your account

  2. Click "Message Center" in top menu bar

  3. Click "E-mail a Camper" 

  4. Complete form and click "Send Message"

E-Mails are printed and distributed daily

Mail received after 3:00pm will be delivered the following day

Campers will have the option to write a letter home mid-week

Campers traveling off-site may not be able to receive or send mail

Letters and Packages

Care Packages are delivered on Wednesday. Please limit care packages to one per camper, per week.

Letters are distributed daily

For the best chance that packages and physical mail will arrive on time, please have them in the mail by Monday at the very latest. 

​

Chestnut Ridge is committed to serving food free of trans-fats, MSG, nuts, artificial dyes and flavors, and high fructose corn syrup. We ask that any food sent in packages abides by the same standard.
