Pollywogs jump into the outdoors with our nature-based preschool teachers! We encourage nature connection through hands-on exploration using organic materials, caring for our farm animals, and playing in the 365 acres of creeks, lake, and woods we are fortunate enough to call our outdoor classroom!
Activities may include: Hike to Big Rock, Nature-Inspired Crafts, Visiting the Farm, Water Play, Fort Building, And more!

Pollywogs
Mudpuppies
Mudpuppies are assigned to a small group of campers and spend the week with counselors known for boundless energy and creative imaginations.
Over the course of the week, Mudpuppies can expect to canoe, swim, take a hayride, explore nature, visit the camp farm, hike to Big Rock, slip-n-slide, play games, and make a cool craft or two.
Mudpuppies do not participate in the zipline, challenge course, or lake toys.

Waterdog and Dusky Camps

"Best of" Camp
Experience some of the best options that camp has to offer! Campers will spend each morning and afternoon participating as a small group in some of our most popular camp activities.
Options might include: lake toys, zipline, hayride to the farm, gagaball, archery and so much more!
$465 - Offered Every Week
Horseback Riding
Campers will spend a portion of each day caring for and riding the horses. They will learn about tacking up, grooming, and horsemanship as they develop skills in a centered riding style. Riders of all skill levels are welcome. Campers may ride in the arena and on trails. Advanced horseback riding is also offered on certain weeks.
During activity periods when they are not horseback riding, campers will be in small groups participating in general camp activities. Activities may include: lake toys, zipline, hayride to the farm, archery, and more!
$665 - Offered Every Week
Farm
Best of Camp plus a concentration at the farm. Part of the day campers will spend time feeding and caring for the goats, pigs, chickens, and cows. Plant crops, gather eggs, pick vegetables, cook dishes using fresh food from the farm! The rest of the day campers will stay in their small group participating in Best of Camp activities such as zipline, lake toys, gaga ball and more!

Herpetology
Best of Camp plus a concentration in critters that live at Chestnut Ridge. Herpetology (the study of reptiles and amphibians) is for campers interested in hands-on ecological fieldwork and exploring the hardwood forest around Chestnut Ridge! Campers will collect, process, and learn about the salamanders, frogs, snakes, turtles, and lizards at Chestnut Ridge. The rest of the day campers will stay in their small group participating in Best of Camp activities such as zipline, lake toys, gaga ball and more!
